Richie Noble:

Keyboards. It was after responding to an advert for a ‘taller Karl Harrison’, that the Manchester based, Liverpool born multi-instrumentalist moved to the capital to join ABOVE.  Having cut his teeth in a variety of high school/college bands, he joined a Bon Jovi tribute band aged 19. He then embarked on a successful career as a singer-songwriter, bringing his guitar and mandolin influenced pop/alt-country to numerous audiences both in the UK and the US. Having released two independent CDs and won an award for his songwriting skills (Unisong 2002), Richie joined the band in 2005, bringing with him his innate sense of pop melody and planting it firmly at the heart of the indie-rock that ABOVE were offering.

Fuelled by sugar and an intense lust for life, Richie is the embodiment of the lighter side of ABOVE. Ever the optimist, his lyrical and musical style offers a message of hope and desire…..
